Hi, I'm Joy.

I'm the founder of SwagGroove, a swag enthusiast, creative problem solver, and—according to many of my clients—the unofficial therapist for last-minute merch emergencies. (Fun fact: I'm also an actual Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist turned swag specialist.)

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I still live today, I've spent more than a decade helping brands create merchandise people genuinely love to wear, use, and keep. From custom apparel and luxury gifting to impossible rush orders and global dropship programs, I thrive on turning big ideas into memorable brand experiences.

I believe great swag should do more than display a logo—it should spark conversations, strengthen relationships, celebrate company culture, and leave a lasting impression. Whether you're launching a startup, outfitting a restaurant, recognizing employees, or dreaming up something completely custom, I love finding creative solutions that make brands stand out.

When I'm not hunting down the next great product, you'll usually find me mountain biking Marin's trails, camping along the California coast, or sending emails that begin with "Happy Friday Eve!" (Yes, only on Thursdays.)
